Well just when I thought we would have a break, it starts raining again. Yesterday we went to the library for a few hours for the storytime. The boys had fun. Kodi did the craft and Aidyn played with the train table. Then we went and got sand for the sandbox. That kept the boys busy for awhile!
Today I took the kids to the park. It was really humid and hot but they had fun. Kodi has Max over now and they were running through the sprinkler. Then out of nowhere it gets dark and starts thundering and raining. It was nice out and now it's raining-what a shock.
So our account is looking low. Which means we are not going to the aquarium. But Kodi picked out a zoo in Candia so I guess we are venturing that way on Tuesday. David wants to go to Polar Caves so maybe we will make it that way too.
Kodi has been great this week. It's nice to have him home, especially during the day. The constant nagging those two do to each other gets old but Aidyn loves having him here and Kodi has really behaved and been a great help and a great big brother. He is going to his dad's this weekend and he said he wants to go but doesn't look forward to be stuck with Sabrina all the time. Poor kid.
I need to get my stuff together so drop Kodi off.

Rain rain go away!!
So it has rained here for a week straight. There are blocks of sunlight and just when you think you can go outside and do something it rains again. My kids have a serious case of cabin fever. And of course because it's summer there is nothing on tv.
Kodi has been home 2 days since school has been out and he is already telling me he is bored. He had a playdate yesterday and that went well. Of course boys will be boys and not stay out of the water or mud. Kodi is really into arts and crafts right now and had done a lot of coloring but he is obsessed with drawing monster trucks. I need to scour the internet and find some activities or something to do.
Today I am watching Mary, a 13 month old that lives up the road. She is a great baby but doesn't take long naps. She is my girl fix lol! This summer is going to be long if I don't have a few breaks during the day.
Aidyn loves it that Kodi is home. They have been spending a lot of time together but too much time means they get on each other's nerves. Somtimes you wouldn't know that they are five years apart. They love playing cars, legos and going downstairs.
We have had a tree guy here cleaning the backyard up. He has gotton a lot done in a few weeks but isn't all there in the head. He cut a small tree and it hit the corner of the house and ripped some shingles off. They our neighbor tell him he can cut down a dead tree on the property line and he cuts the wrong tree and now our neighbor is annoyed. I told him to come over and talk to the guy. The guy has also been taking loads of wood so there is a lot gone but we need roots taken and fill put down, long process.
Now that summer is here I wanted to do some day trips and fun things with the kids. One was taking them to the New England Aquarium but of course money is not there, thanks to Kodi's dad who owes me over $10,000!! And now his store is shut down by the state so he doesn't care about child support so once again I get screwed. This is a reoccuring problem between me and David. It's like the only thing we argue about. It's really depressing not having money. I save up, use coupons avidly to save money and it's like you can't ever get caught up.
